Beth & Sean | Ashton Lodge Country House Wedding

Ashton Lodge Country House wedding

Beth & Sean’s wedding was special for so many reasons! Ashton Lodge holds a special place in my heart - it’s where I got married back in 2016, so every time I return, it brings back amazing memories. But what made this day even more special was the fact that I’ve had the honour of photographing both Beth & Sean’s families before! I captured Beth’s brother’s wedding (Emily & Tom at Dodmoor House) and Sean’s sister’s wedding (Beth & Harrison at Crockwell Farm), plus one of my other past couples were there as evening guests! Seeing so many familiar faces made the day feel even more personal and it was so lovely to be a part of another family celebration!

The morning began in the dressing room at Ashton Lodge, where Beth got ready with her bridesmaids. I popped upstairs to capture Sean and his groomsmen getting ready - this is the great thing about getting ready at the same venue!

It was a chilly and rainy November day, so we made the most of the beautiful indoor spaces for group photos and couple portraits. But Beth & Sean were absolute stars and braved the rain for a few outdoor shots! And of course, I couldn’t leave without capturing a creative night portrait!
