Swallows Nest Barn wedding
Jess & Jack’s wedding at Swallows Nest Barn was nothing short of incredible. I always say that choosing a favourite wedding is like being asked to pick a favourite child - impossible! But if I had to choose, this one would definitely be up there!
The morning started in the dressing room, where Jess got ready with her bridesmaids. Meanwhile, Jack came to the venue in style, arriving in his pride and joy - his car! (don’t ask me the make or model, though... I have no clue about cars! 😂). It looked amazing driving down the lane towards the venue.
The ceremony took place in the main barn, a stunning space with high ceilings and gorgeous natural light. It was filled with joy and laughter, heartfelt readings from friends and Jack's nephew as the most adorable ring bearer. After a confetti exit, guests enjoyed drinks and canapés in the courtyard, soaking up the September sunshine.
For couple portraits, we explored the stream, swing and bridge. Jess & Jack then kicked off the celebrations in style with a Champagne tower, before heading into the beautifully decorated barn for speeches and food.
As the evening approached, we made the most of the golden hour light for some dreamy portraits. We even ventured up into the woodlands and a sunflower field (I may have squealed a little when I saw them! 🌻)
Jack’s family had arranged a surprise magician, keeping guests entertained before the party on the dancefloor began. The night ended with a packed dancefloor, fuelled by live music from The Full House.
